Golfers elbow had me looking for forearm massage ideas and this popped up. I also have incredibly tight calves. After 10 minutes of using this I'm obsessed and bought one for my brother (who is in rehab for Achilles tare). This puts more intentful pressure on my calves than foam rollers, massage guns and even lacrosse balls. This thing works!! Instant Relief From Years Of Pain
I've used foam rollers, stick rollers, and deep tissue massage balls before. All worked ok but then I heard about this tool here: Rolflex. The name sounds gimicky but after watching a bunch of video reviews, I decided to give it a go. It just arrived an hour ago and after a few mins of use, Sweet Little Baby Jesus, I've finally got some instant relief! Used on my calves, thighs, shins, and quads that were all tight/sore from soccer injuries years ago. I was able to go deeper into the muscles and apply the right amount of pressure to each knot. My legs now feel like happy jelly and I'm able to move and rotate without stress or pain. 100% worth it! I'm still testing it out so I can't speak for the durability of it. But does it work: Yes and Yes.

This contraption really works
I carry a lot of tension in my arms, which leads to swelling in my fingers. Thought I'd try this and I'm glad I did! It adjusts to any size arm, and truly does the job! Has multiple pads with different levels of firmness. Great little tool for helping relieve arm tightness and tension.

The rollers work for both hands and legs. Reaches relatively well for upper thighs. Squeeze as hard as you want or not and just move back and forth. For my hands, its incredibly useful since its hard to massage your hands if they both need help!
