THE PROBLEM

You’ve Tried Everything. The Knots Keep Coming Back.

Foam rollers are too broad - they roll over the knot instead of into it.

Massage guns vibrate the surface but can't sustain targeted pressure on a specific trigger point.

Stretching helps with range of motion but doesn’t break up the adhesions deep in the muscle.

PT sessions work - but at $80-$150 per visit, 2-3 times a week, you’re looking at $640-$1,800 a month.

The problem isn't effort. You've been doing the work. The problem is that none of these tools replicate the one thing that actually works: a trained therapist's thumb, pressing directly into the trigger point and Holding.

“The Rolflex can be used to replicate up to 40 massage therapy techniques to
naturally relieve pain and muscle tension after a workout or day on the field”

THE SCIENCE

What a Physical Therapist Actually Does

When a physical therapist doesn't vibrate or roll over knots — they use targeted thumb pressure.

Trigger point therapy applies precise, sustained pressure to release deep muscle knots that foam rollers and massage guns can’t reach.

This is called trigger point therapy - a proven technique used by physical therapists, sports massage therapists, and orthopedic specialists worldwide, that sustained pressure signals the nervous system and releases the contraction.

It’s not complicated, but it requires three things, NO foam roller or massage gun can provide.

01

PRECISION

Pressure applied to a specific point not spread across a broad area.

02

SUSTAINED HOLD

Constant pressure maintained for 90 seconds, not rapid vibration

03

CONTROLLED DEPTH

Reaching deep into the muscle — not just pressing the surface.

The Solution

How Rolflex Puts a Therapist's Thumb in Your Hands

Meet The Physical Therapist Behind Rolflex

With 20+ years as a Licensed Physical Therapist (MPT, LMT), Nic has treated some of the world's top athletes — including the Dallas Mavericks, Los Angeles Lakers, San Diego Padres, and St. Louis Cardinals.

— Nic Bartolotta, MPT

The design is built from the actual dimensions of a therapist's thumb. The center ridge of the yellow therapy roller matches the width, curvature, and pressure profile of a thumb pressing into muscle tissue.

1

Find your pain and position the device at the trigger point

2

The device replicates the therapist's thumb grip with precision

3

Move through the muscle to break up adhesions and restore function

Forearm pain begone!
I don’t usually write reviews. But as a weightlifter who also has to lift things at work all day, if my forearm flares up I’m totally boned. This device looked like a flop and the others I bought before were just awful, but I am very pleasantly surprised at how effective this guy is at getting deep into the tissue to break things up. Got forearm or calf pain? No brained here. Worth it.

Absolute wizardry - it's the only way I can explain this thing.
I have tennis elbow in one arm and tendonitis in hand/wrist of the other arm and could never find (real) relief outside of constantly taking ibuprofen for pain. I ordered this weirdo looking thing based on the reviews and started messing with it the day I received it.I've used it a couple of times on the wrist/hand and have already noticed measurable difference. I still have pain doing certain movements but the primary pain (most painful) has reduced significantly. If this pain stays away and this device is properly rehabilitating my wrist I am going to sing this thing's praises to everyone I see. I have had this pain off and on for at least the past decade from (sports - doing things I'm way too old to be doing).I have tried many things and nothing seemed to provide the level of relief this thing has. Will it last? That remains to be seen and I will update my review at a later date (if I remember.)

Fixed my forearm injury
This is amazing. I have been in pain for months and after a week I felt relief. It also has helped me with calf injuries as well
10m after it arrived, I ordered one for a gift. AMAZING
Golfers elbow had me looking for forearm massage ideas and this popped up. I also have incredibly tight calves. After 10 minutes of using this I'm obsessed and bought one for my brother (who is in rehab for Achilles tare). This puts more intentful pressure on my calves than foam rollers, massage guns and even lacrosse balls. This thing works!! Buy with absolute confidence and let your masseuse focus on other areas for a change!

Using for Tennis Elbow
This arrived on time with no delay. It’s fully assembled. Very easy to use. I’ve been using for tennis elbow but you can use on your feet or calves just as easy. I’m sure I will make great use of this over the years!

Just the relief I was looking for
Best thing short of a massage therapist for my achy forearms and tennis elbow.

Must have
I needed this for wrist pain due to overuse. I use it regularly and will continue perpetually. It opens up the joints of the hands and wrists and stretches the muscles. The soft yellow is sufficient. For upper legs, the harder inserts might be helpful.
